RW Fitness

Looking for a Fitness programme that promotes weight loss, injury prevention, muscle tone, improved strength, stress reduction, and a health lifestyle? Our RW Fitness classes are taught by fully qualified instructors with several years of experience teaching classes that have seen scores of people lose weight, get fit, and change their lives.

We offer fitness classes and training programmes that are sure to help you reach your goals whether it be improving your fitness, helping you lose weight, burn fat, or if you’re just looking for something new and fun to try. You don’t need to have previous exercise experience or already be in shape. We tailor our RW Fitness classes to suit your ability and provide a fitness class that is going to work for you.

Ladies Fitness Kickboxing

Weir BBA’s Ladies Fitness Kickboxing classes use the skills and techniques of Kickboxing that are designed to work your whole body. Each class is designed for all abilities to work at their own pace. Unlike any other fitness class you can find, the Ladies Fitness Kickboxing classes at Weir Black Belt Academy combines high-energy Martial Arts and cardio exercises with incredible Martial Arts and Kickboxing techniques.


The movements in a Kettlercise class include the movements used in traditional Kettlebell workouts. These include swings, snatches, lunges, pulls, presses, and many others. A Kettlercise class is designed to provide a variety of kettlebell movements in an exercise class setting. The movements are presented in such a way that class members can learn the proper way to execute the movement. This helps the class member obtain the best workout possible. No previous experience in kettlebell workouts is necessary.


Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. Weir BBA’s Circuit training targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercises again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in Circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
